1. Who we are

Skool42 (“we”, “us”) runs the online academy at skool42.com. These terms apply to the website and to every course sold on it, including AI Search Visibility. By buying or using a course you agree to them. Questions: support@skool42.com.

2. Payments and the Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Paddle collects the payment, calculates and remits any sales tax or VAT, issues your receipt, and handles refunds and payment questions on our behalf. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.

Prices are shown in US dollars before tax. Tax, where it applies, is added at checkout based on your location. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

3. What you get

• A personal, non-transferable licence to use the course you bought, for as long as Skool42 hosts it (“lifetime access”).
• Access to the course content as it exists at purchase and to updates we choose to add to it.
• No subscription and no recurring charge. One payment.

“Lifetime” means the lifetime of the course on our platform. If we ever retire a course, we will give at least 90 days' notice by email and a way to keep a copy of the material.

4. Your account and sign-in

Your account is the email address you used at checkout. There is no password: we email you a single-use sign-in link on request. Keep that inbox secure — anyone who can read it can open your course. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes (24 hours for the link in your purchase email), and a signed-in browser stays signed in for up to 180 days.

Access is tied to your purchase. If a payment is refunded, reversed or charged back, access ends at once.

5. What you may not do

• Share your sign-in links or let others use your access.
• Copy, download in bulk, redistribute, resell, or publicly post the course, its videos, tools or text, or use them to build a competing course.
• Circumvent the access controls or scrape the course.

You may keep personal notes and printouts, and you may use what you learn — and the templates and prompts in the course — freely in your own business or for your own clients.

6. Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. The details are in our refund policy.

7. Intellectual property

The course, its structure, text, videos, tools and brand belong to Skool42 or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Buying a course gives you a licence to use it as described here; it does not transfer ownership. Third-party names and products mentioned in the course belong to their owners.

8. No guarantee of results

The course teaches methods for making a business visible to AI search engines. It is educational content, not consulting. AI engines change how they choose sources, and results depend on your business, your market and the work you put in. We do not promise any particular ranking, mention, traffic or revenue.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site available at all times but cannot guarantee it. We may update, reorganise or improve course content, and we may change these terms. Material changes are announced on this page with a new date; continuing to use the course after that means you accept the change.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising from a course or the website is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing removes the statutory rights you have as a consumer.
